hand grenade at a large U.S. Army facility, to the review and investigation of
the installation and analysis of the failure of a computer controlled door

TRANSPORTATION
LAW: Along with aviation accidents, the members of Mineo & Mineo have
personally investigated and litigated cases involving automobile and train
collisions, commercial truck and automobile collisions, and boating accidents.
Utilizing an approach that they developed while investigating commercial
aircraft disasters, these ground and water based cases also require a knowledge
of the interaction of state and federal law and the ability to work with many
safety agencies such as state police, highway commissions, railway safety
boards, and the United States Coast Guard.
CONSTRUCTION
LAW: The lawyers at Mineo & Mineo continue to be directly involved with the
investigation and litigation of numerous construction accidents and building
material failures. These have included the catastrophic failure of concrete
grain silos to the systematic failure of multiple earthen dams. The ability of
members of Mineo & Mineo to actively participate with state, local and federal
investigators during the actual investigation of these types of disasters has
been and continues to be a value added component that has enhanced our client's
